Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Russet potatoes, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk and ranch dressing mixing.
Place the chicken, potatoes and carrots in the crock pot. Pour the sauce over the top in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours and the chicken is cooked through. Serve warm.
